Access Anytime
Upper Management can get an e-notification after every video is uploaded. They can then login to access reports and individual assessments immediately, through a standard web browser with their own unique username and password. In addition to the video details, reports include individual and team/location performance and retention information. No matter what time of day or night, they can login and review past or present reviews.

Liability
A quick and formal video record of a communications between a manager and employee related to poor performance is all that is needed to lower unemployment and wrongful termination risk. That’s all… just a simple video record of a conversation. Right now those important events and conversations should be, but are rarely documented.

A typical employee review used to take 30 minutes or more and involved a manager parking themselves at a desk in a back office to fill-out paper forms or navigate an online HR system of endless check-boxes and essay-type writing assignments… that is if managers were able to find the time in an already hectic schedule. Then they had to talk to the employee.

No more. Now a manager can simply open the GoodJob mobile app right there on-the-spot , they select the employee’s name and the type of engagement (positive reinforcement or corrective action) and then tap the start record button to start. Once the employee has acknowledged the conversation, the manager can review the video or simply save and get right back to work. The mobile app automatically uploads the video to a secure remote server.

Positive Reinforcement
A good employee is hard to find and even harder to keep. Studies show that a little timely praise goes a long way. Sure, we all have some room for improvement, but if you can "catch someone being good" and reinforce that goodness, then personal job satisfaction goes up and results improve. All of these things lead to better service for the customer and helps ensure future return visits. What do more return visits mean? Well, we’re pretty sure you can take it from there.
